There are usually some common physicasl features between siblings. A common resemblance is always found somehow someway. But in the case of Amal Bochoucha and her sister, the similarity is outrageous! They almost look like twins.. Both are hot though!!

As for Lara Scandar and Tamara Scandar, they get the second prize of the ultimate starac sibling lookalike. The skin tone and nose shape differs a little, but their eyes, face outline, and lips are the same!

Mohammed Qwaider and his brother come as the third couple. Both guys look almost the same during the Jordan Music Awards held in Amman a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it has to do with the clean shaved hair cut!

Tania Nemer and her sister Elyan are such cute sisters. A minimum alteration of hair color and makeup can make those two look like twins.

Yahia Sweis and his brother come next. Although it’s hard to tell who is older, they cannot be categorized within the twin-replica category. But again, seeing them both together, people can easily guess that they are relatives.

Shahinaz and her sister are not on the top list either. The girls don’t look much alike. That could be related to the fact of her sister’s wearing a veil.

Finally, Diala Odeh and her sister are just two world’s apart. We already get the fake blue lenses of Diala out of our calculations, but there is still a large margin that doesn’t help with the fact that “she’s Diala’s only sister”!!

Saturday, July 11th, 2009A week ago, friends and family of Nazem Ezzideen were gathered to celebrate the wedding of Nazem’s brother. Tania Nemer, Kahawla Bint Imran and Michel Azzi were among the guests, the wedding was very nice and sure we will be adding more pictures. But for now, notice that Tania and Michel are still as close as ever, even after leaving star academy. Enjoy the pictures.

Star Academy After Party honoring Abdel Aziz
Saturday, June 13th, 2009Minutes after the live broadcasting and the announcement of this season’s winner. Teachers of the academy as well as the whole team of camera-men, producers, and interior designers joined the students “final 10″ in a huge dinner after party celebration. Madam Rola Saad was there along with Hilda Khalifeh, Wadi’ Abi Raed, Michel Fadel, Madam Mary, Mr. Fouad, and Alissar Caracalla. The gathering included some reporters and press representatives who tried their best to catch photos and announcements of the final four students and their friends. Below is some pictures of the celebration after the final prime.

Tania Nemer and Mohamed Bash go back home
Monday, June 1st, 2009After the votes of the Arab World, Tania and Mohamed Bash leave the academy. It’s a shock for us as well as for their friends. Specially Michel Azzi and Lara Scandar who lost the company of their other halves. Mohamed Bash was received with flowers and gifts of fans, friends, and family just as Tania was. We miss them both, and its truly heart breaking

Nomination Includes Tania, Lara, and Bash
Tuesday, May 26th, 2009According to the academy managers, Lara Scandar and Mohamed Bash had to be nominated again for their last week saving ticket! I wonder if that was to bring justice to the game. Tania Nimer, who refused to prepare or even to show up for the exam, was also found guilty and for that deserved a spot in the nomination. Tania wants to go back home “as she announced earlier”. Good luck for the guys. Lets just hang on till the 15th prime on Friday May 27th, 2009 and see what would happen.
Adding to that, the guests of this prime are Nawal Zoghbi and Ahmed Al Sherif from Star Academy season one. I guess it would be A-must-see prime!!

As Tania, Abdul Aziz and Michel Azzi were left alone inside Star Academy building “while others went on their trip to Kuwait”, Madam Rola decided to spoil them with some treats. They were surprised to see Alian “Tania’s sister” arriving at their living room with stacks of gifts and delicious food like “Kobbeh, Chinese, and chocolate creps”.

Later in the day, Mirhan “AKA Princess Mima”, dropped by to inspect every inch inside the academy. Merhan enjoyed her time teasing Abdul Aziz as well as sharing stories and past “Reality TV” experiences with both guys and Tania. She enjoyed an icecream treat with Tania Nemer while moving from room to room to envoke some old memories.

Wednesday, May 20th, 2009Since the beginning of season6, it was pretty obvious that both Michel Azzi and Tania are close to each others. Couple of weeks later, we discovered that Tantoon and Micho were already in a relation before even joining the academy. Somehow, they tried their best in concealing this, but it took us less than no time to see that their secretive talks and riddled conversations have nothing to do with a normal friendship!

As we all know, when jealousy sneaks into lovers’ life, it wrecks the bases of trust and understanding. That was exactly the route this couple took by mistake or intention! Tania started with some girl-like innocent gestures when Michel got anywhere around Lara Scandar, with whom he has no interest “quoting Micho in one of his heated conversations with Tania”. Things then went out of hand when about three weeks ago, Tania’s sister delivered a message to her “while singing on stage at the prime” concerning a hidden conspiracy between Lara and Michel. This made Tania furious and almost on the verge of a break down causing a scene backstage between the two!!

Things took a lot of give-and-take between both Tania and Michel and later they figured things out, Tania promised AGAIN that things like this won’t get to her no more and that “her trust in Michel will never be shook again”!

But that was not the end! A sensitive girl like Tania, and a handsome guy like Michel makes them vulnerable to all kinds of diffuclties, from harsh comments on the SMS night, to irritating gossips that are effecting them on a personal and a professional level as well. Apparently, Micho started noticing that Tania’s family are not happy with their relation. Starting by her sister’s lie of him having a relation with Lara, and ending in Tania’s father unwelcoming gestures when he visited his daughter at the academy days ago. Michel also felt humiliated because of the various SMS’s from fans telling him “to stop hurting Tania” while according to him he has been doing his best to make her happy “including preparing her breakfast and washing her dishes!”. WELL THAT’S A GENTLEMAN!! With Michel taking a decision of not talking to his lady, Tania got concerned that she lost the love of her life forever. Later, things gradually got back to normal, and they are now back together.

Three days ago, Michel and Lara got back from their trip to Italy, with loads of gifts for their friends. Lara got Bash a special gift of a small electric guitar trophy, while Michel went inside the academy with a bunch of red roses and a golden ring. Michel joked about getting engaged to Tania on the spot, and he even put the ring on her finger. It was a romantic thing to do.

Some of those who watch the daily 24/24 of the LBC starac show, have multiple opinions about “Noor & Muhannad” <– as some refer to Tania and Michel Azzi. I, however, believe that regardless of their love story, those two have been two of the nicest students of this season. I really like them both.

Ibrahim gets the highest votes of the audience of more than 50 percent
After the audience votes saving Ibrahim Dashti from Kuwait, the choice was left to the students to save either Yehia from Jordan or Tantoon from Lebanon. It was a close call, and Yahia was voted off the game. Good Luck Yahia! We love you!

Nasser goes back home!
Saturday, April 25th, 2009After Lara won the majority of the audience votes, students chose to save Tania over Nasser.

Lara was saved by the majority of the audience with a percentage of 55% . Nasser and Tania were left to face their friends’ judgment, and they chose to vote-off Nasser and he goes back home!
