As part of the promotional campaign, Lara Scandar hosted a “GLAM” party where many of her “starac” were invited. The event was held on February 4th 2010 at what seemed a private residence in Cairo. Many familiar faces where seen during the event like Bash, Ibro, Sirag, Nasser Abo Lafi, Nader Quirat, Mohammad Attieh, and Mr. Wadi’ Abi Raed.
Other guests included Lebanese singer and actress Haifa Wehbe and producer and musician Jean-Marie Riachi. A noted appearance was that of Mohamad Bash, who looked extremely handsom and had his share of some poses taken beside the princess.
The “Mission is you” record was launched almost a day prior to the party at Virgin Stores in Cairo, where Lara was there herself and signed autographs “just as any other celebrity”. The event included a press conference as well, where the “CD” producer, Jean-Marie Riachi praised Lara for being a dedicated singer who has both the talents and the looks!!
