It seems that the love story between Yehia and Basma has not ended as many have expected. Recently the couple were seen in Jordan with Mohamad Qwaider from season five. I want you to check how stylish the new hair cut of Basma is. I love it, it is short and matches her face and cute personality.

It is obvious that not only we “as Arabs” are somewhat interested in Turkish famous actors and singers. A week ago, a few of Star Academy students were invited to participate in a well-known Turkish TV program. Cynthia Karam, Nadir Quirat, Nazem Ezzeddine, IbrahimDashti, and Basma Bossell have all arrived to Turkey in-order to be there for their Turkish fans! The program is a light-comedy cooking-challenge based, where the stars cook some dishes live and then one of them is chosen as a winner. It was said that Mirhan Hussein was invited along with the students, but she had to apologize because she had other commitments.

Later, it was revealed that Mima couldn’t join the group because of her brother’s wedding. The wedding was celebrated by friends and family members, and Mirhan looked as gorgeous as ever with a green strapless dress!!

As for some fresh news, Star Academy season Five graduate Mostafa Mezhar has just finished filming his new single video-clip “Sobak Rayeh” which means “Coming towards You”. Mostafa has chosen famous director Randly Kdaih and the song is expected to be seen on Music-related channels next week. The song tells the story of a lover who misses his loved one after departing from her, he becomes ready to let go of everything and get back to his lover.

Yahia and Basma had a special bond during their participation in LBC Star Academy season6. Both of the young singers admitted being close to each others while answering some interview questions after the reality show ended. We find it a no-coincidence that both, Basma from Morocco and Yahia from Jordan, release their first singles at the same time. It looks as if both songs are love poems written to express their feelings towards each others.

Yahia, whose song title is “Tal el Lail”, have recently admitted on a Radio-talk show on a Jordanian local Radio Station that he is honestly in love with Basma, and that she used and still is the closest person to his heart. “طال الليل” is about calling out to his sweetheart who is currently away from him. The lyrics of the song is full of emotions and definitely comes within the “love-romantic” songs category. Below is the complete songs words:

As for Basma, her song is also a call out for her long-awaited lover whom she tried hard to forget but with no avail. The song is called “Mohal – محال” which literary means “impossible”.
Lyrics are written by Hawa’a Al Maghrebiya, composed by musician Tarek Hadjili and was recorded at a Studio in the city of Casablanca. The song is expected to be shot as a video clip in the coming weeks.

We’ve heard many rumors of “Ibrahim and Basma” as a couple after Yahia Sweis from Jordan left the competition of last season of LBC Star academy. But as far as Yahia is concerned, he commented on these rumors with a smile and with sentences that managed to put these rumors down. As for Yahia, Basma was the closest to him during the competition and she’s still his closest friend of all the students tat got to share almost three months of his life with. After Ibrahim and Basma managed to make it through the last week of the academy, to be two of the final four students, many fans have started to feel an emotional click between them. But we’ve seen Ibrahim in Lebanon as well as in Egypt after show ended where he happened to meet Michel Azzi, Rmeih, Nazem, and offcourse Lara and Bash.

Yahia Sweis, the Jordanian contestant of Star Academy season6 was interviewed live at the Radio station of Sawt Al Ghad by host Mazen Diab. Yahia talked about his own Starac experience as well as his expectations and disappointments regarding the competition. Below are some of the questions and answers of Yehia during the interview made two days ago.

Q : Did you feel comfortable during the competition, specially that some students had the advantage of lip singing while others took off while the show was still at its start?
A : Well, let me tell you what I felt. I was always concentrating on doing my best. I was there to sing, to win, to make Jordanian people proud. I did my best according to that.
Q : We’ve all heard rumors about the Program authenticity, would you like to say anything about this issue?
A : All I can say is that it was a true experience 100%.
Q : What about the gifts sent by fans, watches, mobiles and flowers. Did you get anything of that?
A : I used to get some letters and souvenirs from fans. We as students were only receiving what has been presented to us.
Q : You’ve won the title of Jordan Singing Festival as well as participating in the MBC Album competition. According to your experience, who do you think was the best participant in Star Academy6?
A : It is definitely Abdul Aziz. Azooz deserved winning the title.

Q : Who do you wish to sing with?
A : I’d like to have the chance of singing with Assi Hillani, Wael Kfouri, and Saber Robai.
Q : Many have been interested in your relation with Basma Boussil. Some even accused the relation and described it as fake.
A : Basma is the closest person to me. We used to share goods and bads. Gradually we started to feel closer. It was a combination of friendship, brotherhood, and real love.
Q : Then you admit that you’re in love with Basma Boussil.
A : Yes, I am in love.

Basma Boussil who reached the finale of Star Academy6 arrived at her homeland in Morocco where she was celebrated by family, friends, and fans. The young lady who recently turned 19 years old has been carried in a traditional wedding cart wearing a full sleeves silver djellaba and a jewlery beaded crown on her head. The airport was full of people waiting for the soon-to-be star!

A week ago, in a middle-eastern magazine, Basma appeared modeling in various Moroccan culture-derived outfits. As Star Academy season6 came to an end, each staracademy candidate chose his/her own suitable rout of entertainment business, and its obvious that at least half of the contestants won’t be pursuing a singing career – as the former graduates from past staracademy seasons chose other careers that varied from TV program hosting, acting, and/or fashion modeling. As you already know, we won’t be seeing or “hearing” Nasser Abu Lafi singing a mawwal soon! (if you know what i mean!!)
Minutes after the live broadcasting and the announcement of this season’s winner. Teachers of the academy as well as the whole team of camera-men, producers, and interior designers joined the students “final 10″ in a huge dinner after party celebration. Madam Rola Saad was there along with Hilda Khalifeh, Wadi’ Abi Raed, Michel Fadel, Madam Mary, Mr. Fouad, and Alissar Caracalla. The gathering included some reporters and press representatives who tried their best to catch photos and announcements of the final four students and their friends.
