A huge advertisement campaign for StarAcademy concert in Jordan has been one of the interesting noted issues on the streets of Amman. Just like the other singers ads joining the Jordan Summer Festival, Star Academy concert was highlighted by the media there. The concert has been a success with countless fans attending. The Amphitheater was the place to go on July 9th 2009.

And when the Saudi winner of this season, Abdel Azeez Abdul Rahman took over the stage, the audience went wild. It was one of the most interesting nights held by Shabeeb festival so far. Abdul Aziz carried on with many famous Arab songs and proved that he is a star indeed.

Minutes after the concert has started, Abdul Aziz was presented with the Jordanian Shmagh, which he didn’t hesisitate in wrapping around his shoulders. He completed entertaining his audience with the best of songs.

Star Academy After Party honoring Abdel Aziz
Saturday, June 13th, 2009Minutes after the live broadcasting and the announcement of this season’s winner. Teachers of the academy as well as the whole team of camera-men, producers, and interior designers joined the students “final 10″ in a huge dinner after party celebration. Madam Rola Saad was there along with Hilda Khalifeh, Wadi’ Abi Raed, Michel Fadel, Madam Mary, Mr. Fouad, and Alissar Caracalla. The gathering included some reporters and press representatives who tried their best to catch photos and announcements of the final four students and their friends. Below is some pictures of the celebration after the final prime.

As Tania, Abdul Aziz and Michel Azzi were left alone inside Star Academy building “while others went on their trip to Kuwait”, Madam Rola decided to spoil them with some treats. They were surprised to see Alian “Tania’s sister” arriving at their living room with stacks of gifts and delicious food like “Kobbeh, Chinese, and chocolate creps”.

Later in the day, Mirhan “AKA Princess Mima”, dropped by to inspect every inch inside the academy. Merhan enjoyed her time teasing Abdul Aziz as well as sharing stories and past “Reality TV” experiences with both guys and Tania. She enjoyed an icecream treat with Tania Nemer while moving from room to room to envoke some old memories.

Abdel Aziz Abd Al-Rahman biography :
Abdel Aziz Abdel Rahman Al-Khalid, 26 years old born and raised in Saudi Arabia, currently lives with his family of 18 siblings. He finished his high school studies to work at an IT company that majors in Internet “ADSL” connections along with his two best friends. His hobbies include swimming, football, billiards, playing the musical instrument oud, and singing!
When asked about his “idol dream girl” he said that she has to be beautiful, religious, failthful, devoted, sincere, honest, and from a respectful family. Abdul Azeez is influnced by famous arab singers lile Abdul Halim, Fadel Shaker, Saber Al-robaii, Rashid Al Majid, Sheine Ahmed, and Yara, as well as forign singers like Celine Dion and the boyband Westlife.
On the personal level, Azooz is well known for his devotion to his family, he lost a brother at a young age and since then it has strengthen his connection with his family. His neice “LuLu” is the apple of his eyes.
